Job Description

The Digital Associate, Senior Digital Associate, or Digital Manager plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and enhancing online presence for our organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities:

  3. Manage and optimize the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance user experience and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive marketing campaigns that integrate digital and traditional marketing efforts.
  5. Stay updated on the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
  6. Lead and mentor junior digital team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for digital growth and customer acquisition.
  8. Oversee budget management for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  9. Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.

  8. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media management tools.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics software.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 7 - 12 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on events and entertainment companies / clients.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Experience in content creation and management.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising.
