Position:Digital Associate– Business Analyst
Location:Dubai
Position Purpose
The Digital Associate – Business Analystwill support the continuous improvement of Axios+, ensuring the platform meets business needs, enhances user experience, and maintains data integrity. This role contributes to Axios’ digital strategy by:
- Enhancing the user experience of the Patient Management System.
- Strengthening digital offerings for patients and stakeholders.
- Supporting the integration of innovative technologies.
The role holder will act as the primary point of contact for internal and external users, managing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing service requests. They will also identify opportunities for platform improvements and collaborate with teams to implement solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Business & Functional Analysis
- Receive new projects, new features, or improvement requests from the business, or explore new ideasthat will enhance Axios+
- Organize sit-downs, meetings or workshops with business and operational owners to understand and map out all requirements
- Develop complete written functional specifications that detail how each element of the project/feature/improvement works
- Design the project/feature/improvement according to Axios’ graphical charter.
- Ensure coordination and collaboration of all stakeholders, being the link between business, operations and technical teams
Customer Success
- Serve as a point of contact for the Service Desk, handlingincoming user queries.
- Receive, analyse, and categorize incoming requests, maintaininga high level of organization and service quality.
- Clarify requirements and determine the most appropriate course of action for Level 2 tickets, escalating to Level 3 Support when necessary
- Defining the scope of work, identifying the best point of contact and the most effective resolution approach.
- Working closely with the Project Management team to design and coordinate solutions.
- Delivering the solution, either directly or in collaboration with other teams.
- Support the Digital team in resolving business-critical bugs and performing core maintenance activities.
Data Management
- Receive and analyze data set, flagging inconsistencies and issues to the program team.
- Coordinate with the program teams, ensuring regular communication of status and deliverytimelines.
- Clean, correct, or update data entries as needed.
- Promote best practices for data recording and delivery across teams.
- Create reports and analysis that provide insights to improve the operations.
Educational Background and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree level education in Business Administration, Management, IT or Digital.
- 2-3 years professional experience in business analysis capacity, particularly tailored to digital platforms.
- Experience in conducting user demos and trainings (in person and virtual).
- Native level command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong competency in the full MS Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Hubspot, PowerBI, Figma Experience
Job Circumstances
- The position is based in our regional office.
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
