Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager to oversee and manage mobile performance campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in campaign setup across various performance models, optimization, and troubleshooting. Additionally, they should be well-versed in working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), tracking platforms, fraud prevention, and brand safety tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Set up and launch mobile performance campaigns across multiple models, including Cost Per Install (CPI), Cost Per Order (CPO), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Registration (CPR).
- Optimize and manage ongoing campaigns to meet and exceed performance KPIs.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights for optimization and scaling.
- Tracking & Integration:
- Work with leading MMPs such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, and Kochava for campaign tracking and measurement.
- Utilize experience with tracking platforms like Trackier to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Collaborate with clients for seamless integration, reporting, and continuous updates.
- Troubleshoot campaign and integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Fraud Prevention & Brand Safety:
- Monitor the fraud landscape and proactively identify potential threats to campaign performance.
- Implement measures to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.
- Leverage fraud prevention tools to maintain high-quality traffic sources.
- Client & Partner Coordination:
- Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams to provide updates, insights, and performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traffic sources to scale campaign performance effectively.
- Onboard new traffic sources and evaluate their performance for scaling opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize media buying, budget allocation, and overall campaign efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile performance marketing and leverage new opportunities.
- Provide recommendations on campaign improvements based on industry best practices.
Skills
Requirements:
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing mobile performance campaigns within the digital advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of various performance models (CPI, CPO, CPA, CPR).
- Prior experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, and Kochava.
- Experience with tracking tools like Trackier and other attribution platforms.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies and familiarity with brand safety tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to optimize campaign performance.
- High level of organization with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to mobile advertising.
