Digital Acquisition Manager Ploom


As Digital Acquisition Manager you will build and deploy the digital acquisition journey and are responsible for the acceleration of consumer growth and feed the Commercial Engine with the "Right" leads. You will be managing best-in-class traffic campaigns across all channels including Paid social, SEO, Programmatic campaigns and PPC...etc. as well as optimizing the website journey of new consumers including the development of acquisition propositions in our platforms.
The role will be a core element of the digital function and will be primarily responsible for generating and increasing the traffic to our digital platform.
The Digital acquisition manager, will have to closely collaborate with the CRM/Retention Manager, Digital Agency and Brand team.


Position: 


As the Digital Acquisition Manager, in the Marketing Middle East & Shisha department, you will:


  • Lead the Digital consumer Acquisition & Conversion strategy and deployment:

Growing the consumer base via Social Media, SEO and ads campaigns, and innovative channels (inline with legal restrictions);
Lead the Digital campaign planning in collaboration with the Digital agency;
Ensure campaigns are tagged for effective reporting;
Identify ways to engage consumer digitally in retail & HoReCa;
Be a key contributor to the Digital Communication Strategy working closely with Marketing Brand to ensure Acquisition needs are met;
Work closely with Digitalm CRM & Retention Manager to ensure effective targeting and acquisition;
Data base Segmentation to ensure effective CRM Aquisition campaign and targeted messages by segment to optimize the Acquisition rate;


  • Data Management and testing:

Use data analytics and testing to optimize messaging for potentially Leads and turn them into consumers;
High level of collaboration with Data Science and E-Commerce team in mapping journeys, identify potential gaps and space for improvements;
Collaborate with local brand teams and Global DBU Product teams to continuously develop and improve campaign messaging, positioning and content;
Understand all metrics and their contribution to achieving acquisition goals and objectives to enable all aspects of the foundational channel marketing efforts supporting identity resolution, lead gen, acquisition, conversion, win back and engagement of digital customers;


  • Analysis & Optimization:

Ensure robust Consumer Data strategy with solid content plans and constant  optimization;
Analyse and interpret data to steer online directions and improve leads Acquisition;
Perform the needed tests (i.e A/B testing...etc.) and analyze the efficiency of a journey or/and a campaign;
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new campaigns and stay on top of industry trends and changes;
Continuously optimize results by applying a data centric approach that will power a test and learn process;

  • Budget:

Build & Implement the digital (Acquisition) budget. Provides input for planning the budget according to agreed Master plan. Monitors and control the budget regularly in order to ensure optimal ROI;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of desired results;
Collaborate with E-commerce and CRM/Retention team to ensure the right budget split;


  • Agency Management:

Manage and coordiante the plans building and deployment with the digital agency;
Build the yearly Media plans and technical actions;
Responsible to meet the deadline for each project;


Requirements: 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field preferred;
  • 4-5 years using Paid ads, SEO, Programmatic ads...etc. and any Digital Acquisition tool;
  • 4-5 years’ experience marketing based on data;
  • 4-5 years’ experience delivering B2C leads Acquisition;
  • 4-5 years’ experience performing A/B testing and reporting results;
  • Familiar with multichannel acquisition, conversion, retention, and website structure;
  • Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools, demonstrating strong analytical abilities. Experience managing digital and website agencies while optimizing budgets to meet objectives;
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Excellent English level;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and well-versed in various digital channels.
