The Digital Account Manger you’ll be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional results. This role is perfect for someone with a solid understanding of digital marketing and strong client management skills. Responsibilities include:


Who you are


  • Qualifications: Degree in Communications or Digital Marketing, 4+ years of experience, and proficiency in Arabic (preferred).
  • Social Media & Client Management: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and client management.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and work independently.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Creativity: Ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Client Service: Exceptional ability to deliver high levels of client service to a busy portfolio.

What you will do


- Strategic Planning & Execution


  • Develop client calendars with the account team.
  • Coordinate visual content with the creative team to align with client branding.
  • Collaborate on campaign development and strategy.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, offering optimisation insights.
  • Stay current on trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Offer strategic recommendations and manage campaign budgets.

- Client Relationship Management


  • Serve as the main client liaison, ensuring clear communication.
  • Understand client goals and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular meetings, gather feedback, and retain client satisfaction.

- Creative & Team Collaboration


  • Work closely with creative and performance teams, providing feedback and insights.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions.
  • Support digital tasks across departments.

- Tools & Technology


  • Utilise tools like Sprout Social for monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain storage hygiene and oversee reporting and analysis.

- Team Management & Development


  • Monitor team performance using Click Up and BambooHR.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities for team growth.

- Upskilling & Learning


  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools via Qcademy and other resources.

- Market Knowledge


  • Stay on top of digital trends and conduct competitive analysis.
