Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA):
Established in 2021, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) consolidates and integrates the products and services of Dubai Airport Free Zone (DAFZ), Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), and the Dubai CommerCity (DCC). Home to more than 5,000 registered companies from across 20 industries, DIEZ is at the heart of Dubai’s economic success – a major economic catalyst in the city’s development.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute community events that promote company initiatives and enhance client engagement.
- Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Assess and adapt strategies based on community feedback and emerging trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, community leaders, and partners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to advance community engagement objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and respond to client feedback to continuously improve services and engagement efforts.
- Implement systems and processes for efficiently capturing and acting on client insights.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and constructively to maintain positive relations.
- Implement and follow crisis management protocols and communicate effectively with all parties involved.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement activities.
- Use data to drive decision-making and report progress to senior management.
- Manage budgets activities and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Identify and pursue funding opportunities such as grants or sponsorships to support initiatives.
- Identify potential community partners and negotiate agreements (if require) that align with our goals.
- Collaborate with external organizations to facilitate shared initiatives.
- Represent the company at meetings, forums, and public events. Advocate for the company's mission and services within the community to build awareness and support.
·Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Adminstration or a related field.
·Minimum 5-7 years of experience in community engagement or stakeholder management.
·Poven track record of managing community programs or initiative’s.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
·Strong relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders including government entities and businesses.
