• Manages the day-to-day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.• Improving efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project that are handled• Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline. • Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that operations are being achieved both efficiently and effectively.• Define and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization vision & mission. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform brand direction. • Develop and articulate brand positioning, ensuring clarity and consistency across all communication channels. • Create compelling messaging frameworks that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand’s values.• Oversee the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials and communications adhere to established standards. • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand assets. • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness and engagement. • Manage the brand’s online presence, including social media, website, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging.• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to evaluate brand health and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on brand insights, trends, and opportunities for growth.
