Job Purpose


Supporting DAFZ Management and clients by acquiring and submitting relevant documents from Government Relations Section in accordance with UAE Residency laws and regulations to the concerned authorities.


Tasks & Responsibilities


·Communicate with government authorities such as Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship & Department of Health and Medical Services & Emirates ID Authority to request for requirements.


·Establish good relations with government offices in order to conduct smooth and efficient business transactions.


·Assist clients and tenants with new initiative, service updates, and amendments to the Government services and regulations.


·Provide advice, guidance and assistance regarding government related matter to ensure that all employees understand the requirements of government authorities


·Ensure on-going compliance with all specific government regulations relevant to government relations transactions /activities.


·Process and submit all application at DHA for medical checkup and update the statues of each application accordingly.


·Process all employee’s EID cards and update the statues of each application accordingly


·Submit all application at the DNRD for entry permits, local amendments and visa stampings update the statues of each application accordingly.


·Handle and verify all clients’ requests as endorsed by Customer Service and Call Center Section.


·Validate the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted prior to posting on the respective government services.


·Provide timely feedback to the clients on the status of their requested services.


·Ensure that all tasks are updated in client portal on time to maintain customer satisfaction and to involve the customer with his/her application journey.


·Issuing credit note or internal Memo for services related to the section.


-  Advanced Communication skills.- Knowledge of UAE residency rules and regulations - Knowledge of principles, tools, methodologies, approaches and best practices related to Government Services.- General software knowledge (MS Office, etc.).
