Dubai Holding is looking to hire a Manager - Sustainability Analytics reporting to the Head of Sustainability. The role holder will be responsible for managing and improving the quality of sustainability data analytics across the Group, leveraging technology tools and in alignment with international guidelines and standards, such as GHG protocol and GRI. The role manages the Sphera system deployment, training and facilitate data-driven insights through analytics as well as engages with critical stakeholders on the overall data improvement, accuracy and performance.

Key Accountabilities:
Sustainability Reporting and Assurance
- Manage the quarterly and annual ESG / sustainability data reporting and consolidation process, identifying trends, root causes and data improvement opportunities in line with international reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI. Articulate strategic insights based on the ESG data to inform overall sustainability strategy.
- Consolidate and analyse Group’s sustainability data, including ensuring diligent QA/QC over consolidated figures.
- Develop an assurance plan (self-assurance and external) to verify policies, processes, and systems to manage ESG risks and oversee the implementation of improvement actions.
- Develop an assurance framework to drive continuous improvement of ESG management, where appropriate integrating into existing assurance plans and activities.
- Develop data maturity and improvement roadmap and lead data improvement initiatives Group-wide.
Governance & Project Management
- Maintain sustainability data governance and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability and completeness of collected data on ESG performance metrics, including on Sphera.
- Engage with internal stakeholders across the Group to improve data maturity as well as performance on key metrics, for example by provide technical subject matter expertise in areas such as energy, solar, etc.
- Manage and lead on the consolidated Group’s progress on sustainability metrics and targets on a quarterly basis.
Analytics, Technology & Dashboards
- Leverage ESG data analytics tools to extract actionable insights from sustainability data, to inform the overall sustainability strategy.
- Develop comprehensive monitoring dashboards to track ESG indicators, enhancing transparency and performance evaluation.
- Identify and drive technology implementation opportunities across the Group to streamline sustainability and emissions reporting.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on using Sphera's SCCS, ensuring accurate data entry and robust reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SCCS-related issues, maintaining system integrity and optimising performance.
- Serve as the lead system administrator for Sphera's SCCS, overseeing effective system usage, maintenance, and the change request process.
Who we are looking for:
- 6-8 years of experience in sustainability or ESG related roles; preferably within large conglomerates, hospitality, tourism, real estate, construction, investment or entertainment industry
Education / Professional Certifications:
- BEng. / BSc / Masters in relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, data analysis, sustainability, business administration)
- GRI certification (bonus)
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of sustainability principles such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, GRI, SASB, etc.
- Power user of Sphera (SCSS).
- Strong analytical, modelling and data visualisation skills.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
