Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Development Lead to oversee a team of skilled developers, manage the full software development lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and contribute to key architectural decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance are maintained.
- Drive architectural decisions and design scalable systems.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within the set timelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools, and apply them where relevant.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the team.
- Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code when needed to contribute directly to the project’s success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or management.
Additional Information
Experience:
- Minimum: Proven experience of 10+ Years experience of development and also worked on the role of development Lead, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.
- Desired: Extensive experience in leading teams in large-scale software projects and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong proficiency in JAVA, Dot Net, low/code no code platform & Mobile applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and DevOps practices.
