Job Description
Essential Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (mandatory). Advanced qualifications in design or project management are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in design and project management, particularly in rail and metro projects.
- Middle East Expertise: Extensive experience working on RTA-related projects and familiarity with UAE-specific regulations, standards, and practices.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in designing buildings, structures, and stations for transportation infrastructure.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage high-value, complex infrastructure projects.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in delivering high-profile rail and metro projects within the Middle East, with a focus on the UAE market.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in transportation and sustainable infrastructure design.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities underpinned by a proactive approach.
