Dental Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including cosmetic, surgical, and restorative treatments.
  
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials required for treatments.
  
• Provide pre- and post-procedure care, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed.
  
• Sterilize dental instruments and adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
  
• Record patient information, treatment details, and update dental charts using clinic management systems.
  
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental health best practices.
  
• Support the aesthetics team when necessary, particularly in integrated treatments involving oral and facial care.
  
• Manage patient appointments, communicate effectively with patients, and handle inquiries.
  
• Maintain inventory and ensure all dental supplies are adequately stocked.
  
• Adhere to all clinical and healthcare regulations, ensuring compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) guidelines.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or degree in Dental Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  
• DHA license or eligibility is mandatory.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dental Nurse, preferably within an aesthetics or cosmetic dentistry clinic.
  
• Knowledge of aesthetic dental procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and smile makeovers is highly desirable.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused attitude.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Familiarity with dental software and clinic management systems is preferred.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury clinic environment.
