Our client is
an international brand with a strong presence in the health and wellness supplements sector.
We are hiring
a UAE experienced demand planner with deep expertise in FMCG demand forecasting
and planning within a retail distribution and e-commerce environment.
Role
Summary
- Prepare
rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data, customer orders and
product launches.
- Align sales,
operations and supply chain to ensure optimal inventory levels are adjusted and
maintained.
- Inventory
management – forecast and plan to ensure optimal stock availability and space
utilization.
- Order
processing - ensure delivery deadlines are met; improve delivery performance.
- Invoice
administration – verify invoices and ensure all commercial terms are adhered
to.
Mandatory
Skills & Experience
- 5 – 8 years’
experience in FMCG retail and distribution demand forecasting and planning with
a focus on FIFO, minimize excess stock, eliminate low performance items and
delinquent stock.
- In depth
experience of using statistical models and statistical forecasting tools to
analyze forecasts vs actual, deviations, and inventory levels.
- Proficiency in
advanced Excel and SAP for demand planning and forecasting – ability to
interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

- Currently
living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in the
Dubai.
- Fluent in
verbal and written English.
