Your mission

Job Summary: The Demand Planner plays a key role in managing customer demand by providing accurate forecasts to drive planning and decision-making processes within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast models for assigned customers or product lines based on historical data, seasonality, trends, and other relevant factors.
• Provide regular updates to management on changes in demand patterns and potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to understand market dynamics and develop strategies to address shifts in demand.
• Conduct root cause analysis of forecast variances to identify areas for improvement in sales processes or product offerings.
• Manage and analyze large datasets related to sales activity, market trends, and competitive landscape using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Identify emerging market trends and insights through research and analysis to inform sales strategy and improve forecast accuracy.
 


Who you are ?






You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in sales forecasting or demand planning roles in UAE and KSA, preferably within a technology or software industry.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling techniques and ability to apply them to complex business problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specialized applications like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
