Job Description
The rapidly growing Africa Middle East and Turkey (AMET) DSP Strategy, Pricing and Capacity Management team works across multiple countries to optimize our end-to-end relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) who deliver directly to our customers. We are seeking a candidate who is ready to take ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, utilizing strong analytical and project management skills. The projects managed by this individual will have a direct impact on how we compensate DSPs across our AMET network.Key job responsibilities- Leading strategic programs and initiatives to support the overall profitability of AMET DSP Partners.- Developing processes and mechanisms to address current challenges and enable the scaling of our growing business.- Conducting root cause analyses to assess the financial health of our delivery partners and creating scalable processes for these assessments.- Reporting key metrics and program updates to senior leadership, with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Engineering or Business- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or distribution.- A bachelor’s, master’s or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering or supply chain and logisticsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
