Location: Muscat, Oman
Min Salary: OMR  4,453 (MONTHLY)
Max Salary: OMR 6,052 (MONTHLY)1. Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate country operations and workforce planning and gain approval on priorities and investments from VP Operations or Service Lines lead(s)
• Propose operations budget and gain approval from
  Country Manager and Service Lines lead
• Manage capacity and competency requirements for new
  projects’ mobilisation and delivery
• Lead country asset and fleet management including
  vehicle maintenance and repair
• Align country level “make or buy” decisions with global
  teams
• Identify and implement cost optimisation opportunities at
  country level
• Identify and implement service quality optimisation
  opportunities at country level
• Develop country level partnerships and ensure
  connection and relationships with 3rd party service
  providers and key industry players
