What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with our recruitment consultants to find the best candidates for exciting roles.
- Searching, sourcing, and headhunting across various industries – think of yourself as a talent detective.
- Engaging with candidates, getting to know their career goals, and helping them land their next big opportunity.
- Writing up killer job specs, pitching roles, and making sure no great candidate slips through the cracks.
- Managing databases, keeping track of candidates, and making sure the hiring process runs smoothly.
- Collaborating with an awesome team that works hard and celebrates even harder.

Skills
People & Relationship Building
- A natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you can engage with candidates and clients effortlessly.
- Ability to understand candidate motivations and align them with the right opportunities.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Expertise
- Experience in candidate sourcing, headhunting, and talent mapping (or a willingness to learn fast).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to screen, qualify, and present candidates effectively.
- Understanding of different industries, job roles, and recruitment processes.
Organisation & Multi-Tasking
- Strong attention to detail—you don’t let top candidates slip through the cracks.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and priorities at the same time.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM tools to keep track of workflows.
Sales & Business Mindset
- A results-driven approach with the confidence to pitch opportunities to candidates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver the best talent.
- Understanding of recruitment KPIs and the importance of speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
- A proactive approach to finding solutions, overcoming challenges, and keeping things moving.
- Quick to adapt to changing priorities, client needs, and evolving recruitment trends.
