This role is perfect for someone who loves sourcing top talent, managing candidate relationships, and working closely with a high-performing Business Development (BD) team to deliver results. You’ll be at the heart of the recruitment process, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience while supporting the BD team in closing deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing CVs from multiple platforms and identifying top candidates for our clients.
- Engaging with candidates—conducting interviews, assessing skills, and understanding career aspirations.
- Presenting exciting opportunities to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
- Managing candidate relationships—keeping them informed, preparing them for interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
- Collaborating with the BD team to understand client needs and deliver high-quality talent.
- Staying ahead of hiring trends and keeping an active pipeline of candidates for key roles.

- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).

Skills
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
- Experience in candidate sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database).
- Ability to headhunt passive talent and build strong talent pipelines.
- Expertise in technical recruiting—understanding niche skill sets in IT, digital, and emerging tech fields.
- Strong grasp of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for managing candidate data.
Candidate Engagement & Management:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage top talent.
- Ability to assess candidate suitability beyond CVs through deep conversations and soft skills evaluation.
- Proficiency in negotiating offers and closing candidates while ensuring a great experience.
- Skilled in managing the full candidate journey, from sourcing to placement.
Business & Market Awareness:
- Understanding of market trends in recruitment, especially in tech, AI, and data-driven industries.
- Knowledge of salary benchmarking and compensation structures to provide insights to candidates and clients.
- Ability to align hiring strategies with business goals to support BD efforts.
