Deep Cleaning
Services Posted On: January 30, 2025 Closing On: February 6, 2025 We are looking to arrange regular deep cleaning services for Park One site, pls provide a quotation for the following areas,
which we would like cleaned twice a month. Any other tasks that you deem necessary to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Basement Parking Slots Ground Floor to Fourth Floor Corridors Rooftop Area
The scope of work should include, but not be limited to.
Scrubbing, Sweeping, mopping, and washing of floors in all areas. Dusting and cleaning of walls, handrails, and door frames. Removal of stains, grease, and buildup in the parking slots and common areas. Window cleaning where applicable.
We are looking for a detailed quotation that includes.
Frequency of cleaning (twice a month) Cost per cleaning session Proposed timeline for when you can start the cleaning services and how many days it will take to finish.
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
