Dean of the College of Security and Global Studies (CSGS). This position is pivotal in providing visionary leadership and strategic direction to the college, ensuring academic excellence, fostering research and innovation, and building strong partnerships with government agencies, international organizations, and industry leaders.

Summary
The Dean of the College of Security and Global Studies is the chief academic and administrative officer of the college, responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight. The Dean advances excellence in security studies, international relations, and global policy while ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and goals. The role includes faculty development, curriculum enhancement, research initiatives, industry and government collaboration, student success programs, and resource management.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Ph.D. in Security and Global Studies from an internationally accredited university. Minimum 5 years of experience in academic leadership at the level of Associate Dean or higher at an accredited university. Experience in the development of new programs that meet international standards. A record of professional accomplishment, including peer-reviewed publications.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with accreditation processes relevant to security studies, international relations, and global affairs. Knowledge of emerging trends in security, geopolitics, cyber intelligence, and global policy. Expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and budget management. Strong connections with government agencies, international organizations, and industry leaders to foster strategic partnerships.
