Your Opportunity
We are looking for a DCP Chiller Technician who will carry out allocated planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and remedial repairs on building services particularly on Water cooled or Air-cooled chillers, Cooling Tower, HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) assets and associated controls. Ensure quality of maintenance and repair services and safe working practices are paramount in carrying out the duties.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, and good communication. Excellent organisation, time management and prioritizing skills.
This role is part of the Technical team and will be based in Abu Dhabi - Rihan Heights Contract
Key Accountabilities
Competent to operate water cooled & Air cooled chillers, cooling towers and provide readings & reports on daily basis.
Thorough knowledge of the working principle of Centrifugal, Screw and reciprocating Compressors.

Maintain condenser water loops and cooling towers to sustain proper water flow as per the design.
Monitoring of power consumption from each part of the chiller plant, supply/return temperatures from the chiller and cooling tower, water flow rates from the condenser water loop, etc.
To carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown, Emergency tasks, abnormal readings, or issues in the water-cooled chillers
Specific Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of experience with advanced knowledge in Water cooled and Air-cooled chillers, Cooling Tower, HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) assets and associated controls. HVAC air handling and air movement systems in a commercial buildings or hospital or other facilities management building services with engineering environment.
Proficient and able to demonstrate a complete understanding of HVAC planned maintenance and repair services.
