DCDP (Italian cuisine) - Royal Family

Apt Resources is seeking a dedicated and skilled DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) specializing in Italian cuisine to join the prestigious kitchen team of a Royal Family. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality Italian dishes while maintaining the highest culinary standards and protocols required in a royal setting.

• Assist in the daily preparation and cooking of Italian dishes, ensuring quality and presentation are consistent with the family’s expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to develop and execute menus that showcase authentic Italian flavors.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times.
• Help maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and food presentation.
• Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to implement new recipes and cooking methods.
• Actively contribute to a positive and productive kitchen environment.
