Description
Identifying high-impact data science use cases and leading their execution from concept to production.Overseeing the entire data science lifecycle, including data acquisition, cleaning, wrangling, modeling, and deployment.Managing a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.Building strong relationships with business stakeholders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and ethical use of data science models.Staying at the forefront of the latest data science trends and technologies.


Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (master's degree a plus).Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale data science solutions that have generated significant business value.Experience leading and managing a team of data scientists and engineers.Strong technical skills in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
