Job Description:



As a Data Entry specialist within the Operations Development Team, you will provide crucial support by ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data related to our dark stores, mid-mile operations, and warehouses.

You will work closely with Operations Analysts and other team members to maintain and update key datasets, contributing to the optimization of our operational processes.
 



Roles & Responsibilities:
 



  • Enter, verify, and maintain data associated with dark stores, mid-mile operations, and warehouses in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Efficiently extract, organize, and maintain crucial data from/into our systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to facilitate informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations Analysts and Associates to collect, organize, and input relevant data.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets for ongoing analysis.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
  • Support the team in collecting any missing attributes (Shelf life, barcodes, dimensions, weights that help analysts and associates in performing their analysis accurately.
  • Support the team in the process documentation/Archiving and creating drafts for SOPs and ensure its compliance with data entry standards and best practices.
  • Conduct research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to dark stores and last mile delivery operations and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition.

 

Job Requirements:



REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:

 



  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hygiene & Food safety certification is a plus.
  • Excellent Reporting skills.
