Job Description
Role Purpose:
The data entry clerk will be responsible to manage SMBU Online system item maintenance.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Review and compile information for system updates.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Accurately and efficiently execute item updates.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Working on Excel spreadsheets for additions, deletions and price updates with accuracy.
• Auditing product data to ensure integrity and quality.
Functional/Technical Competencies:
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to think analytically
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to details
• Accurate
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
• Maintains Confidentiality
• Computer literacy
