Roles &
Responsibilities:
1. Implements
improvements to existing inventory procedures in order to maximize efficiency.
2. Sets part
level (minimum and maximum) for the items with the categories of fast, slow
moving and dead stock.
3. Performs
critical inventory tasks to ensure a balanced flow of inventory, as per the
requirements based on retail, e-commerce, and wholesale data.
4. Notifies
the procurement team when stocks are running low, as per the defined par level.
5. Performs
physical inspection of the material with the coordination of brand
merchandisers from wholesale.
6. Performs
inspection of returned items with coordination of technical experts for the
brand in coordination with the supply chain department.
7. Reviews
documentation and monitors product codes to search for discrepancies.
8.
Troubleshoots quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
9. Prepares
inventory reports to be reviewed with the commercial director.
10. Tracks
rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform
quality control decisions to commercial director.
11.
Coordinates with the procurement and logistics team to ensure efficient supply
chain functions.
12. Supervises
the storekeeper.
13. Ensures
safety of stock and the returning/disposal of near expired and expired items
with storekeeper.
14. Ensures
physical stock is matching with the inventory with storekeeper.
15. Performs
other assignments as required from time to time by the management.

Education:
High School or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years Experience
