Lead data-driven transformation projects across shared support services (HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.).Influence key decision-makers through clear, data-backed recommendations.Utilise strong domain knowledge in shared services to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.Manage reporting and analytics functions, ensuring accurate and timely insights.Guide technology adoption and integration into strategic initiatives.Oversee teams, ensuring data strategies align with overall business objectives.


Profile
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; with 10 years experience with at least 4 in a leadership/management role.Extensive experience in analytics, with a focus on shared services (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal).Proven track record in delivering strategic transformation projects.Proficient in technology systems, data reporting tools, and management frameworks.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing decisions at all levels.Experience in data-driven decision-making, aligning with strategic goals.
