About Us:
We are seeking a seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ISA Creative Department at ISA Media Group. This role is perfect for a social media maven with strong design skills and a solid background in digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies for ISA Creative and our clients across platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice and drive audience engagement.
- Ad Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns to meet clients’ goals. Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads is a must.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and conversion-focused copy for social media, websites, and ad campaigns. Ability to adapt tone and style to fit different brands.
- Graphic & Video Editing: Advanced skills in creating and editing high-quality graphics and videos for various digital platforms. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent is required.
- Creative Design: Collaborate with the design team to develop eye-catching visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Administrative Support: Manage key admin tasks such as visa applications, employee documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions including supplies and internet connectivity.
- Team & Freelancer Sourcing: Identify and onboard new team members, freelancers, and suppliers to support marketing and operational needs.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Social Media Expert: Proven experience in managing multiple social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Ad Campaign Expertise: Solid understanding of digital advertising, including targeting, tracking, and performance optimization.
- Copywriting: Strong writing skills with the ability to create persuasive and creative content for various platforms.
- Design & Video Skills: Advanced graphic design and video editing capabilities, with the ability to create high-quality visual content from start to finish.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in content creation, ensuring high-quality deliverables every time.
- Language: Danish speaker would be a plus.
