Identify customer needs and offer tailored telecommunication solutions

Achieve and exceed weekly & monthly sales targets

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e&’s products, services & promotions

Handle customer inquiries, objections & ensure customer satisfaction

Report daily sales activities, feedback & market trends

Skills

  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
