Job Description
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to streamline business processes. Build and customize applications using Microsoft PowerApps to meet various business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend automation opportunities. Integrate cybersecurity best practices, such as data encryption, access controls, and secure coding standards, to ensure the security of RPA bots and PowerApps applications. Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis for automated workflows and applications. Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with company security policies and regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain existing RPA and PowerApps solutions, ensuring system reliability and addressing security vulnerabilities. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for automation systems, applying patches or updates as necessary. Document all automation processes, workflows, and security measures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible. Train and mentor team members on best practices for RPA, PowerApps, and cybersecurity measures.Experience Experience in process mining and workflow automation Experience in RPA coding and custom automation solution development Experience in creating dashboards and visualization Experience in data engineering and data science activities. Experience in understanding client requirements and translating into the technical requirements Experience in automating cyber security processes. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, particularly in managing data storage, cloud-based services, and infrastructure. Experience with Azure Security or other cloud security tools is a plus. Experience in AI, LLM and ML projects will be an advantage. Good understanding of cyber security GRC and Operations processes.Skills: Skilled RPA Developer (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). Must be fluent in Arabic and English Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerApps development and integration with other Microsoft platforms (Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, etc.). Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including data protection, secure coding practices, and risk mitigation. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Artificial Intelligence related certifications and skills will be an advantage Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
