Job Description

  •        Responsible to ensure that all original custom submission documents are submitted to customs within the custom timelines with nil penalty and in line with the internal customs QMS procedures.
  •        Ensure all activities within the scope of customs are handled in 100% compliance with custom regulations.
  •        Provide timely alerts to respective personnel in case of any missing documents for timely custom submission.
  •        Ensure purchase of customs stationary.
  •        Prepare reports as deemed necessary for the tasks handled.
  •        Drive and push CIP development.
  •        Handling any other tasks as assigned by the customs manager.




Skills

  • Valid UAE driver's license
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a customs executive
  • Knowledge of UAE customs import/export formalities
  • Must be proficient in vlook up & pivot
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai trade system; Should be well aware of the Customs offices and Customs inspection formalities.
  • Communicate fluently in English
