Responsibilities:
Handling customs clearance procedures for imports and exports.
Preparing and processing required shipping and customs clearance documents accurately.
Ensuring compliance with local and international customs regulations.
Coordinating with shipping companies and relevant government authorities.
Resolving issues related to customs clearance or shipping delays.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in customs laws and trade agreements.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Skills
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and shipping, particularly in the Jebel Ali area.
In-depth knowledge of UAE customs systems and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, shipping platforms).
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
