Our client is a leading financial service
organization in the region, they are looking to hire Customer Support Specialist to join
their team in Dubai, UAE.In this role you are expected to be part of
the customer solutions team aiding clients not just in the region but all over the world. Main
part of the role is managing back-office queries such as opening, maintaining, and amending clients’
accounts.
- Support customers globally with live customer service.
- Responding to emails, helping to open client accounts, making changes to existing accounts, tracking customer information, and communicating with the proper departments.
- Excellent phone manners and management.
- Respond to back-office inquiries.
- Assistance with technical and troubleshooting challenges for clients.
- Resolve complaints of various types quickly and successfully.
- Provide platform assistance and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with various departments to address problems.
- Consult the compliance officer about complaints and account approval.
- Give customers all necessary information regarding the paperwork and supplies needed to open new accounts.
Requirements- Requires strong communication abilities.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
- Financial market knowledge will be seen favorably.
- Prior experience in a comparable role will be viewed favorably.
- Other languages such as Arabic/Hindi/Russian/Chinese is a big plus.
