Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, WhatsApp, in-app chat, and ticketing tools.
  • Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently using ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
  • Process orders, coordinate with the logistics team, and ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.

Marketing:

  • Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase app downloads and engagement.
  • Engage with customers across social media platforms; draft posts and respond to inquiries.
  • Craft compelling content for email newsletters, promotions, and customer communications.
  • Support SEO initiatives and optimize digital content for better search visibility.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

General:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align customer service and marketing efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices in customer support and digital marketing.
