Job Description



We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As part of our Emiratization initiative, this position is open exclusively to UAE nationals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient resolution to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer needs and improve service processes Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments as necessary Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed Assist in gathering customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services

Qualifications



UAE national (as part of our Emiratization initiative)



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor Proven ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree preferred Previous customer service experience is a plus In-depth knowledge of UAE culture and business practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required Strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
