About the job Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with excellent communication skills in English and a commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely assistanceResolve customer complaints by identifying solutions, clarifying concerns, and following up to ensure satisfactionMaintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM systemCoordinate with internal teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessaryOffer product and service information to customers and assist in the onboarding processIdentify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and communicate feedback to relevant teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a related roleExcellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindsetAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage high volumes of inquiries
