We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers achieve their strategic objectives and maximize the value from their investment in the Stryker Vocera portfolio. This role is responsible for driving solution adoption post-deployment, supporting retention and expansion efforts, and serving as a trusted consultant to customers. The Customer Success Manager will build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with business strategies and success metrics, while proactively identifying opportunities to drive performance throughout the customer lifecycle.


What you will do:


  • Manage the relationship with designated customers, understanding their unique goals, challenges, and requirements.


  • Identify improvement opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.


  • Track customer usage and engagement, providing regular reports on customer health and progress.


  • Build expertise in the Stryker solution system design, deployment, administration, and end-user training.


  • Offer guidance and advice to customers on how to maximize the value of their investments.


  • Anticipate customer needs and propose alternative solutions to resolve technical and organizational challenges that slow expansion.


  • Monitor contract renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure a high renewal rate.


  • Provide guidance to enhance current systems, anticipate future needs, ensure prompt issue resolution, coordinate necessary resources, and identify risks and opportunities.


What you need:


Required:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field.


  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management in the medical device industry.


  • Fluency in English with a good command of Arabic.


  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations in hospitals.


Preferred:


  • Experience in Healthcare IT Solutions is highly desirable.
