Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Storyals, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they leverage our services effectively and find continued value in our offerings. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, developing and managing training plans and training programs, and handling customer inquiries. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and communication.
  • Develop and manage customer onboarding and training delivery, ensuring customers are leveraging Storyals services effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and media production teams to address customer needs and continuously enhance their experience.
  • Post weekly productivity tips and support in answering customer questions
  • Ensure accountability in all customer interactions and maintain high standards of communication.
