Customer Service Specialist MEA

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai, and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the MEA region. About the Role


In this role, you will oversee complex sales processes to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch, invoicing, and payment. You will address detailed customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with internal teams to confirm order statuses and resolve issues. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records and generate comprehensive reports ​

What You Will Do


  • Process complex sales and invoices to ensure accurate and timely order dispatch, invoicing, and payment.


  • Answer detailed internal and customer inquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and order statuses.


  • Handle special and complex customer inquiries directly or escalated from others.


  • Communicate with other departments to confirm order statuses and resolve customer complaints.


  • Perform calculations and analyses to compile and report statistics, providing recommendations.


  • Enter data into systems to maintain customer records, track orders, deliveries, and activities, and generate reports.


  • Prepare sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence, including contracts and maintenance agreements if required.


  • Liaise with sales to keep them informed of customer needs.


Who You Are


  • Must have 3-5 years in FMCG customer service: order handling, customer handling, supply chain, or export handling


  • Must be a strong user of SAP, Excel, and reporting modules


  • Must have experience in handling complex customer inquiries and complaints


  • Must be proficient in English


  • Experience as an S4 HANA or SAP APO R3 user is an advantage


  • Experience in export loadings is an advantage


  • Experience in supply chain is an advantage
