A multinational logistics company is recruiting a Customer Service Representative in the transport sector to play a central role in managing and expanding the client portfolio. With your experience in logistics and/or bulk liquids tanks, you are the first point of contact for customers, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate communication between planners and customers and monitor the progress of complex operational processes. Responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment. Take initiative and demonstrate innovation to enhance the quality of services provided. Actively contribute to the innovation of internal processes, where innovation is one of the company’s key values.Independently manage your client portfolio handle requests efficiently provide solutions, and support customers swiftly and professionally.Proactively identify possible challenges, collaborate with clients on solutions, and address their questions quickly and professionally. Contribute to improving current processes by sharing your insights and ideas.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.Customer-focused experience in transport, logistics, or bulk liquid tanks.Excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one additional language.Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.Proactive, commercially driven mindset and strong communication skills.
