Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Malayalam? NOW Money is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a fintech startup, we provide innovative financial solutions, and we need a dedicated individual who can assist our customers with their inquiries and provide top-notch support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers' financial queries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests, striving to achieve first-call resolution
  • Educate customers about our fintech products and services, including online banking, mobile applications, and digital payments
  • Identify and escalate complex or high-priority issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer support system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product updates, and best practices in customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi, English and Malayalam is mandatory. Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages will be a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone presence
  • Ability to empathise with customers and deliver exceptional service even in challenging situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Familiarity with financial products, online banking, and digital payment systems
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using customer support software and CRM systems
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends as needed
