SUMMARY OF THE ROLE


Jotun Powder Coatings UAE LLC seeks a leader to manage the Customer Service function, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, service, and quality. Leading the Customer Service department is crucial by utilizing tools to develop, coach, and guide team members.
This position will be based in Al Quoz Industrial Area, Dubai and will be reporting to the General Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage Customer Service function activities to ensure high standards of performance and services provided
  • Administer processes, procedures and improve Customer Service quality by coordinating with team members
  • Set and monitor Customer Service targets and the team's performance to ensure that targets are achieved
  • Evaluate the structure for Customer Service workload to ensure high efficiency, meet changing needs and maintain a high level of performance by training, coaching and monitoring staff to ensure good customer relations, fast responsiveness, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle, analyze and resolve customer complaints while taking a corrective action to avoid repetition in the future
  • Coordinate with Sales teams, Supply Chain and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations are met and that any issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner

What We Look For


  • Supply Chain knowledge is essential
  • 5-7 years experience in a Customer Service Managerial role is required, preferably in Paints or Manufacturing Industry
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced skills in Excel is mandatory
  • Good understanding of Gulf countries market regulations and trade practices is preferred
