Job Description

  • Handling customer inquiries through an online ticketing-based system.
  • Support Quoting Coordinators in managing quotations and pricing and manage customers on e-chat.
  • Support to promote Parker self-service tools to customers to reduce number of interactions with the Customers.
  • Process and Follow up open orders and outstanding deliveries for customers within given responsibility.
  • Manage Technical Project documentation with the support of factory.
  • Schedule shipping, ware-housing and goods receipt activities to achieve maximum performance with no delays.
  • Ensure the completeness of  shipping documentation  such  as  Bills  of  lading, Letter of Credit, certificates, invoices and packing lists.
  • Co-ordinate for Aftersales support.
  • Engage in High Performance Teams and use Lean tools to continue process improvements.

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, flexibility.
  • Resilience Computer literacy, to include MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
