Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you're a self-starter, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.


These entry-level opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience, but we are also open to fresh candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in customer service or sales coordinator role.

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales coordinator role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical skills include intermediate-level analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Well-read and writing Skills in English
