Property Information: Provide detailed and accurate information about properties, including price, features, location, and availability.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with real estate agents to schedule property showings, meetings, or consultations.
Customer Support: Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support to both existing clients and new leads throughout the real estate process.
Follow-Up: Ensure follow-up on leads and prospects to maintain engagement and build strong client relationships.
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitive properties.
Experience:
Customer Service or Sales Agent: 1 year (Preferred)
with UAE experience (Preferred)
