Job Description

Our client is a leading company in Retail Industry. They are now looking for a Call Center Agent to join them.
 

Roles & Responsibilities:


Conduct and manage inbound and outbound calls and chats in a timely manner.
Identify client needs / concerns, clarify information, and provide solutions.
Take advantage of opportunities to upsell services.
Manage customer bookings; always provide top-notch customer service.
Achieve monthly KPIs and targets.


 Preference:


Arabic Speakers
Immediate Joiners
Proven work experience as a call centre or similar role.


 Qualifications:


Any Bachelor's Degree.
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and WhatsApp) with a customer service attitude.
The ability to stay focused, review work, and share only accurate details with guests.
Microsoft office knowledge (teams, excel, word).
