Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting supplier relations.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Relations:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers monthly.
Customer Service:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring responses drive sales.
• Follow up with potential customers and handle complaints efficiently.
• Track customer satisfaction and resolve issues to enhance service.
Order Management:
• Confirm orders via phone calls and WhatsApp and fulfill them the same day.
• Verify accuracy of all orders before dispatch and coordinate deliveries.
Content Posting:
• Post engaging content daily, including product videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and monitor content performance.
Reporting & Collaboration:
• Provide daily operational reports and track performance metrics.
• Work closely with other departments and attend team meetings.
General Guidelines:
• Maintain professionalism and follow company policies.
• Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service and operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in managing supplier relations and product listings.
