Customer service
  • To deliver High quality of customer service 
  • To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
  • To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
  • To help Customers Visiting us and to make their Journey seamless
  • To have a high level of product knowledge
  • Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.
  • To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
  • To make sure they don’t leave their allocated areas before briefing their supervisors.
  • Keep records of customer service requests and complaints and make sure they are acknowledged and attended.
  • Control the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowed
  • Handle customer complaints in accordance of the department policies and procedures.
