• Service product sales ( Tele Sales) • Attend Telephone calls and connect to the respective staff.• Responsible to liaison with customers through phone and validating their requirements and ensuring the flow of information, queries and complaints are dealt within a prompt and professional manner.• Post-delivery follow up with service customers.• Maintain customer complaint records & post follow up records• Follow up to retain non visit customers such as Service Reminder etc.• Listening to customer complaints and assist in providing solutions to their complaints in co-ordination with front line and workshop.• Assisting customers with information pertaining to their inquiries towards the booking of their car servicing and delivering the highest quality of customer service to every call by taking extra steps.• Show initiative for training and self-improvement provided by the Management.• Compliance to Principal standards.
• 3 year University degree, Customer Experience or CRM qualification (an advantage)• 2-3 years experience in similar position• Good communication & computer skills
