Customer Fulfilment Solutions Specialist

Join Veolia WTS's dynamic Customer Fulfilment Team within our Global Supply Chain Operations, where you'll play a crucial role in managing customer relationships across diverse industries including food and beverages, power, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a multicultural team, handling end-to-end order lifecycle management while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
What are the Day-to-Day Duties?
• Process and manage orders through SAP system
• Handle contract creation, renewal, and termination processes
• Coordinate export orders with shipping plants
• Manage bank submissions for LC & CAD payment terms
• Drive revenue target achievement through linear contract billing
• Resolve customer invoice disputes and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain customer data accuracy in ERP systems
• Handle special queries and urgent requests with professional communication
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Solid SAP knowledge and user experience
• Experience in customer fulfilment/order management
• Proficient IT skills including Google Sheets and Gmail
• Salesforce.com experience
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent
• Strong analytical and logical thinking capabilities
• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Additional foreign language skills advantageous
